Very flexible with bad weather approaching. We knew some of the stains would not come out, and they did the best they could. The duct work was done professionally and quickly. Overall I would rate them 4 out of 5, only because the price ended up being so high where they didn’t have any furniture to move or other obstacles. One of the guys helped move a heavy curio cabinet in the garage and that was going above and beyond.
